John Kane is the founder and a Managing Director of Advanta Growth Capital. Prior to this, Mr. Kane was a Vice President at E.M. Warburg, Pincus & Co., a leading venture capital firm. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus Mr. Kane was a Senior Vice President at Millicom International Cellular S.A. (NASDAQ: MICC), a leading developer and operator of cellular and wireless systems in emerging markets. Before joining Millicom Mr. Kane was with Goldman, Sachs and Co. in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department. Mr. Kane holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brown University, where he completed a dual major in physics and religious studies. |

Paul Konowitch is currently Managing Director at Gabelli Group Capital Partners, Inc, a private firm that owns positions in private and public companies. Mr. Konowitch overseas the firms private investments and manages a venture fund for the firm that invests in seed and early stage companies. He is a 13-year veteran of the Thomson Corporation, where he held six senior executive positions between 1984 and 1997. His last position there was as Executive Vice President of the $350 million Healthcare Information Group, where he also served as President and COO of a group of companies and product services, which totaled $85 million in revenues. At Thomson, he was extensively involved with acquisitions and participated in over 25 successful transactions. Jordan Turkewitz is a Senior Director of Business Development at internet.com and is responsible for the venture capital and acquisition efforts of the East Coast team. Prior to internet.com Ventures, he was an Associate with Merrill Lynch's Media Investment Banking Group and Goldman Sachs' Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Jordan was also one of the founders of the Student Advantage program, a fee based membership program, which provided students with official discounts at businesses throughout the U.S. and abroad. Student Advantage (Nasdaq: STAD) is now a leading offline and online portal to the higher education community. He received his BA in Government from Cornell University and an MBA in Management and Finance from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University. |

Robert Adler, co-founder and President of CCBN has a proven track record in building successful technology start-ups. He is responsible for both the strategic direction and day to day operations of the company. Prior to CCBN, he was a junior partner with 38 Newbury Ventures, a venture capital group focused on early stage companies in the healthcare and information services industries. Before joining 38 Newbury Ventures, he helped found DigiTrace Care Services, Inc., the leading provider of outpatient EEG monitoring services in the country. Serving as DigiTrace's Director of Field Mr. Adler led the company's growth from zero revenue and two professionals to $2 million in annualized revenue and 23 professionals. Andrew Weinreich was the Founder, President and CEO of Sixdegrees.com, which was recently sold to YouthStream Media Networks for approximately $125 million in an all stock transaction. Andrew built Sixdegrees.com into a leading online community with over 3 million members in over 165 countries. Before founding Sixdegrees.com, Mr. Weinreich served as Vice President/General Counsel at the Hertz Technology Group, a PC clone manufacturer based in New York City. Prior to law school, he was a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. Scott Daniels is currently an Analyst at CIBC World Markets. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for AdOne, the largest online classified advertising network. In this role, Mr. Daniels raised $120 million of financing; marketed and sold AdOne Classified to a consortium including: Lycos, The Hearst Corp., E.W. Scripps Co. and Donrey Media. Prior to this, he was Director of Finance for US WEB Cornerstone from 1997 to 1998. From 1995 to 1997, he was Director of Finance and Business Development for Conley Corporation, a RAID storage management software company, which he helped build and position for a $53 million sales to EMC2. Scott also served as a Loan Officer for several years at Bank of Boston. He received his B.A. in English from University of Pennsylvania in 1997 and his MBA from Columbia Business School in 1995. |

Carlos Aguero is currently the President, CEO and founder of Metalico, which he has built through a series of acquisitions into a $100 million metals recycling company. From 1988 to 1997 Mr. Aguero was the President, CEO and Director of Continental Waste Industries, Inc., a company he founded. He developed Continental through a series of acquisitions and mergers and took it public in 1993. Ultimately he sold it for over $350 million to Republic Industries, a multi-billion public company. From 1993 to 1988 Mr. Aguero was an accountant and a partner at Gralnick, Strauss, D’ Angerio, CPA. From 1973 to 1988 he worked for Coopers and Lybrand, leaving as an Audit Supervisor.
